Every GREEN ARMÉE® order is prepared with the same level of care given to the garments themselves. Each piece is individually inspected, packed, and shipped to ensure it arrives as intended.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.

During periods of increased demand or exclusive releases, processing times may be extended. Any additional lead times will be noted on the applicable product page prior to purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping

We currently offer domestic and international shipping through trusted delivery partners.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their destination country.

GREEN ARMÉE® is not responsible for delays resulting from customs processing or international clearance procedures.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipment has been received by the carrier.

For select releases, tracking information may be held until the scheduled release date has passed.

Limited Releases & Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered on a made-to-order or pre-order basis.

Estimated fulfillment timelines will always be provided on the corresponding product page.

Once production has begun, pre-orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Due to the limited nature of these releases, all pre-order purchases are considered final.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to begin a claim.

While GREEN ARMÉE® cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen deliveries, we will gladly assist where possible.

GREEN ARMÉE® is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

Certain destinations may be unavailable due to carrier limitations or applicable regulations.
